The first Ku 2KW + Ka 750W Liquid-Cooled Power Amplifiers
for Communication and Electronic Countermeasure Systems in Outdoor Application

2016: Launched the world’s first Q-band (43-46GHz) 300W solid-state power amplifier, supporting a Russian satellite ground station.
2018: Secured a major contract for an Ultra-Broadband 9KHz-18GHz 200W CW power amplifier series for EMC application.

What are the main technical specifications of power amplifiers, and how do I choose the right model for our needs?

The Key technical specifications for Pulsed Power Amplifiers: Frequency Range, Peak Power Output, Power Gain, Pulse Width, Pulse Repetition Rate (PRR), Duty Cycle, Rise and Fall Time, Harmonics and Spurious.

The Key technical specifications for CW Broadband Amplifiers: Frequency Range, Saturated Output Power (Psat), Output 1dB Compression Point (P1dB), Power Gain, Small Signal Gain Flatness, Harmonics and Spurious.


Application:
Pulsed Power Amplifiers are ideal for applications that require high peak power during short-duration pulses, such as radar systems, test equipment, and applications with low duty cycles.

CW Broadband Amplifiers are optimal for applications that require continuous power output, including communication systems, broadcasting, and RF testing.

Our products come with a standard 1-year warranty. Understanding our clients’ diverse needs, we also offer optional extended warranty packages of 2 or 3 years. These packages are available for selection to provide additional assurance and cater to your specific requirements.

Usually, it takes 4-6 Weeks approx. for production and testing. If the customized products, generally, they need 10 weeks approx., it depends the complexity of the power amplifiers which you ordered. The details, pls. confirm it with the Acuramw’s sales.

If you have your own carrier account, like FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT, pls. advise its carrier way and account number in PO. If you do not have carrier account, Acuramw will help you to calculate the estimated shipping cost by FedEx and add it to the Proforma Invoice.
