What is your warranty policy?
Our products come with a standard 1-year warranty. Understanding our clients’ diverse needs, we also offer optional extended warranty packages of 2 or 3 years. These packages are available for selection to provide additional assurance and cater to your specific requirements.
What’s your Lead Time/Shipping date?
Usually, it takes 2-4 Weeks approx. for production and testing. If the customized products, generally, they need 10 weeks approx., it depends the complexity of the power amplifiers which you ordered. The details, pls. confirm it with the Acuramw’s sales.
How do you ship the order?
If you have your own carrier account, like FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT, pls. advise its carrier way and account number in PO. If you do not have carrier account, Acuramw will help you to calculate the estimated shipping cost by FedEx and add it to the Proforma Invoice.
